Before You Submit

Ensure that your Research Forum entry is complete, accurate, and compliant with all submission requirements. You will be asked to review your entry before final submission, similar to the E-Poster workflow already used in your system.

Prepare all required information and documents in advance.
Double-check the title, abstract, authorship, and supporting documents.
Make sure uploaded files are in PDF format and within the allowed file size.

General Submission Reminders

All information entered in the system must be accurate and final before final submission.
Any errors in title, abstract, author names, affiliations, or uploaded files may appear as submitted.
If your Research Forum flow includes certifications and required disclosures, these must be completed before continuing.
The system may save a draft first, then redirect you to an overview page for review before final submission, consistent with your current submission design.
Once finally submitted, edits may no longer be allowed depending on the module rules.
